In this tutorial...you will learn how to add a border to a picture.
First, you pick your image.
I am using this one:
Now, go up to Image >> Add Borders And a pop up should come up.
Now all you do is select your colour by pressing the box with the colour in it.
And then you can chose whatever size border you want.
I left mine at black, and 1. Here's what I got:
