This is the second Icon Texture tutorial.

This tutorial will show you how to add a single colour to an icon.
First pick an icon base.
I am using this one:
Now find your texture.
I am using this one:
Now copy and paste it onto your Icon.
Go over to the menu on the Right side of the window.
Double Click on "Raster 2"
A window should pop up.
Now just change the settings on "Blend Mode" from "Normal" to "Screen"
Now just click OK, and you are done!
