In this tutorial...I will show you how to make + add colour bubbles onto your layouts/blends/ect.
First, pick an image.
I am using this one:

Now press the Paintbrush on the Toolbar on the left side of your PSP9
At the top, there will be a toolbar regarding the paintbrush. Change the settings to this:
Pick a Circle Brush
Shape: Cirlce
Size: 150
Hardness: 0
Step: 32
Density: 100
Thickness: 100
Rotation: 0
Opacity: 100
Blend Mode: Normal

Then, make a new Raster Layer by going to Layers >> New Raster Layer
Then pick a colour, and add the brush wherever you want.
Then, once you have done that, double click on "Raster 2" and set the Blend Mode to "Screen"
