In this tutorial...I will show you how to make an Icon.
First, choose your image.
I have chosen this one:
Now, you go to the toolbar on the Left side of your PSP9, and you select the Crop Tool
Crop the picture to how you want it.
Mine looks like this now:
Now resize that image to 120 WIDTH, and press OK
Make a new image, 100x100
Copy and Paste your picture into the new image.
You can move it, and place it how you like. Add brushes, texts, textures, ect.
This is how mine turned out:
To get yours like mine, go to Layers >> Duplicate, and then set the Blend Mode to Screen
Then I just added this texture:
