In this tutorial I will show you how to make a layout with brushes and pngs!
First, make a new image, 600x600
You can add a background if you like, but I am just leaving mine blank.
So just start placing brushes all around in the middle, just one colour. Place as many as you like, but atleast more that 6.
Mine looks like this so far: (Click to Enlarge)

So now, go to Layers >> New Raster Layer and press OK.
Now, start placing more brushes over top of what you just did, but make them a different colour. I have chosen Pink.
It not looks like this: (Click to Enlarge)

So there is your layout base. You can add more brushes that are different colours...or really, do whatever you want!
So now, you cut your PNG.
If you don't know how to do that you can go HERE
Then all you do is add it to wherever you want in the layout.
Then you can add text, more brushes, or really...whatever you want.
Mine looks like this:

And thanks to GREG for teaching me how to do this. :)
