First, you'll want to get a script from some wheres. You can choose from a selection of PSP scripts HERE
If you have PSP, some wheres on your computer... you should have a file folder called My PSP Files.
Open that file folder, and you should find a file called Scripts-Restricted.
So once you have saved the file, you'll want to open it up, and extract it to that file, Scripts-Restricted.
After that, open up PSP and go up to your scripts panel. Which looks like this:
